  2. Industrial Surface Cleaner: We use commercial-grade rotary surface cleaners that spin flat against the concrete, applying consistent, even pressure for a flawless finish with zero striping.

  3. Specialty Stain Treatment: We target tough rust, oil, and calcium spots with custom restoration chemistry to erase stains at a molecular level.

  4. Deep Post-Wash Sanitization: We finish by applying a post-treatment solution and leaving it on the surface. This barrier continues to sanitize the porous concrete and keeps mold and algae from returning for up to twice as long.

Oil & Fluid Station Mitigation

  • The Problem: Motor oil, transmission fluid, and steering fluid sink deep into the concrete's pores. If left untreated, they bake into the surface, forming a stubborn, dark crust that standard washing cannot touch.

  • Our Solution: We use industrial-strength degreasers and microbial oil splitters that penetrate deep into the concrete pores to break down and lift the heavy hydrocarbons.

  • What to Expect: While we pull out the maximum amount of oil possible to prevent tracking and further erosion, please note that older, deeply embedded oil drops can sometimes leave behind a faint residual "shadow."
